Bruce Blades Handles

My choices for fillet knife handles are Dymondwood, Micarta, and Kirinite and stabilized wood.  These materials are very durable, attractive, and resistant to water.  They do not require a finish coat of any type, and buff to a high sheen. Many color combinations are available. For hunting knives, I use a wide variety of woods including ironwood, maple, rosewood, zebrawood, zircote, bocote, and others. I also use bone and antler. Handles are expoxied and pinned to the tang.  Guards can be made from brass or stainless steel.
