R.L.- MN I have purchased hunting knives and fillet knives from Bruce Blades for my own use and as gifts for my kids. I have used them to skin deer and they really stay sharp. I do a lot of summer fishing and his fillet knives are nicely balanced, fit well in my hand and stay sharp. Great Knives!
